Well, I think my practice is the best
because I have a great team. We love to
have a patient interaction relationship
with the team patient. We don’t just get
you in as a number and get you out. We
love to make you comfortable. We take
the time that you need to make
everything comfortable.
At the Braden Dental Center, I mean, we
really focus on attention to detail,
customer experience. I mean, we try to
be a a customer service experience that
happens to do great dentistry. We want
to focus on each individual on their own
terms. Get to know who they are. Uh why
they’re here, what we can do to help
them out. We don’t ever want anyone feel
like they’re just a number, like you’re
just being rushed through. We our
appointments are designed to be long
enough to get to know you. We’re not,
you know, looking at the clock saying,
“Oh, next, you know, who’s next on the
the hamster wheel? Get them in and out.”
We want to we want like to take things
at an easy pace and just make sure
everyone feels understood and and
appreciated and and welcome.

The Braden Dental Clinic was um
recommended to me by a good friend and
I’ve been so happy here because I think
because everyone is so friendly and the
care feels very thorough and my Illinois
dentist always made me feel like I was
on the brink of dental disaster. But
they’re very um helpful here and they
reassured me that of course if they saw
anything looming they would tell me and
they’ve taken such good care of me.
Every single person is friendly. Every
single person is, you know, greets you
by your first name. There’s never
anybody crabby here. If they are, they
hide them. They’re just everybody cares.
Oh, my first time coming here, I was
looking for cosmetic um dentistry work
and I Googled and once I came here and I
met Dr. Braden, I was hooked. I’ve been
to a few and I wasn’t thrilled with
maybe the treatment plan, I feel like
they kind of jumped the gun right away
to porcelain veneers. Dr. Braden
actually listened to what I wanted and
he was flexible and met my budget, which
was huge. So that was why I ended up
liking and coming here.
