Although we offer several flexible payment options at Braden Dental Center, you can also save on the cost of preventive care when you join our membership club. For a low monthly payment, you’ll get the routine dental care you need in the most affordable way possible. Plus you’ll enjoy discounts on other services, like cosmetic and restorative treatments.

You’ll find membership options for adults, children, and patients vulnerable to gum disease. No matter which you choose, you can save hundreds of dollars a year on your dental care! Braden Dental Center Membership Club Options

Adult Membership(13 and Older) $37.00/mo. (Save at least $281.00 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
12% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Child Membership(12 and Younger) $34.00/mo. (Save at least $304.00 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
Fluoride treatment
12% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

Perio Membership(Periodontal Disease) $69.00/mo. (Save at least $425.00 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*

12% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

Alternating Perio Membership(Periodontal Disease) $55.00/mo. (Save at least $199.00 a year!)
