Dr. Ryan Braden on the Importance of Continuing Education
The natural desire to grow and just continue to evolve our skills so we can provide more
predictable results for patients, more consistency. Dentistry as a profession
is growing. There’s always evolving technology and we want to make sure we’re on top of what
is out there to make sure our patients have access to the most state-of-the-art,
amazing experiences, even in our small town of Lake Geneva.
Dentistry, it’s really an exciting profession. Digital technology has come
into play in a big way. 3D scanners, AI imaging, and smile evaluation.
Being able to put all that together to create predictable, repeatable results for patients
while also making sure every patient’s experience is unique to them because not one size fits all.
Every smile is different, every profile is different, every personality is different,
and the smile has to fit the patient, the smile has to fit the physical appearance,
and it all just has to come together. And you learn, grow, and evolve by working with some of
the best trained dentists in the world, which we’ve had the great pleasure of learning from.
Jamie and I have the opportunity to work on side-by-side and have them
share their knowledge with us so we can bring those skills to our local
area and provide world-class dental care in a small-town environment.
